Are your drivers insured?

Yes – our drivers will be fully covered by your own insurance. Each driver supplied has been professionally vetted and license verified as such, will operate under your comprehensive fleet policy. We work with you to ensure each driver meets your insurer's requirements, so your fleet insurance remains the primary coverage while they are on duty.

How quickly can I book a driver?

For same-day bookings, we can have a driver ready within 2 hours. For next-day or pre-booked services, simply submit your booking request and we'll confirm availability within 30 minutes.

What areas do you cover?

We provide driver services across the entire UK. Whether you need local, regional, or long-distance coverage, we have you covered.

Can I book recurring services?

Absolutely! We offer recurring booking options for account holders including daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. Contact us to set up a business account.

What's your cancellation policy?

Less than 24 hours' notice: £75 or 25% of booking cost (whichever is greater). Between 24–48 hours' notice: £50 fee applied. Over 48 hours or provisional bookings: No charge.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, all bookings include real-time GPS tracking so you can monitor your delivery progress. You'll receive updates at key milestones throughout the journey.

What if I need multiple drivers?

No problem! Simply specify the number of drivers needed when booking. We can accommodate both small and large-scale requirements.

How do I get a quote?

Our booking form provides instant pricing estimates based on your requirements. Simply enter your job details and you'll see the price before confirming.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and offer invoice billing for business accounts. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

What qualifications do your drivers have?

All our drivers hold valid UK driving licenses, complete DBS checks, and undergo rigorous training. Many have additional qualifications including ADR and CPC certifications.

Can I request the same driver for regular bookings?

Yes! For regular or block bookings, we can assign a dedicated driver who becomes familiar with your routes and requirements. This is available through our corporate solutions package.

What happens if my driver is delayed?

We monitor all assignments in real-time. If any delays occur, we'll notify you immediately and provide updates. Our 99.9% on-time rate means this is extremely rare.
